Trading risk

User responsibility

Our products may integrate with or be used alongside third-party platforms such as NinjaTrader. Those platforms are operated by their respective owners and are subject to their own terms, risk warnings, fees, data policies, and technical requirements.

RSX Trading is not responsible for third-party platform outages, broker execution, exchange decisions, data-feed errors, margin calls, account restrictions, or changes made by third-party providers.
