These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit rsx.trading, use cms.rsx.trading, create an account, place an order, download a product, or use RSX Trading software, indicators, tools, content, or support services.

RSX Trading is operated by Hirudomaxx SRL, Bucharest, Romania, European Union. By using our website or products, you agree to these terms.

Products and license

Our products are digital software tools intended for use with compatible trading platforms. When you purchase or download a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own trading workflow, subject to these terms.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, modify, reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls, or make the product available to other people unless we give written permission.

Accounts and downloads

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate.

After an order is processed, eligible digital products are made available through your account or download area. Download access may depend on payment confirmation, fraud checks, product status, or technical requirements.

Pricing, payment, and invoices

Prices may be displayed in USD or EUR for convenience, while the shop may process payments and invoices in the shop local currency. The amount charged may include taxes, exchange-rate conversion, payment-provider handling, or rounding where applicable.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes on our website.

Refunds and digital goods

Because our products are digital downloads, refund eligibility may be limited once access has been granted, a file has been downloaded, or a license has been delivered.

Trading risk and no advice

RSX Trading provides software and informational content only. We are not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, clearing firm, or exchange.

Trading involves risk. Our tools do not guarantee profitability, correct execution, risk reduction, or any specific trading result. You are responsible for testing settings, managing risk, and deciding whether trading is suitable for you.

Compatibility and third-party services

Some products require third-party platforms, brokers, data feeds, operating systems, or platform versions. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may change without notice.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, broker execution, data-feed errors, account restrictions, or other issues outside our control.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue website features, products, pricing, documentation, or support processes. We may also update these terms when needed for legal, operational, or product reasons.

If a change is material, we will use reasonable means to make the updated terms available on the website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirudomaxx SRL and RSX Trading are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, platform failures, broker or exchange actions, indirect damages, or consequences caused by misuse, configuration errors, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
